Fuzzy is really digging the debut EP from Italy's NEMBO. And for good reason: check out how many boxes it ticks off: fuzz (and lots of it), drone, metal, instrumental, jam album, and the band is a sticks & strings duo. These two guys recorded 35 minutes of jams in one live session, and any fan of The Swamp's DOS BRUJOS is going to love this. Check out Nembo on Bandcamp:
Nembo S/T is not your typical drone album. It's way fuzzier, and it's a jam album which gives the tracks a lot more edge and variety than you'll find on other albums in this genre. Nembo veers into groove metal territory while keeping the repetitive drone at the base. There are a lot of influences here, and combined with the jam element, this album really stands out as something unique. The 35 minute run time makes for a solid listening experience. The energy of the metal with the repetition of the drone is a winning combination.

Our music draws inspiration from any genre we listen to, and converges it into a personal playing. We like it slow and heavy, and we want the listener to enter a deep and flared experience.
